Since 1993 ABC Moving Systems has been requesting feedback from our office moving customers.
In the early days we sent a postage paid survey card after each job. The majority of our customers who returned the surveys were completely satisfied and appreciative of our efforts. Some customers offered suggestions on how we could improve service. We listened to our customers, always striving to improve service.
Nowadays most all reviews are done via email or internet. There are a number of online review sites such as Google and Yelp where consumers provide unsolicited reviews of ABC Moving Systems Movers Los Angeles. The vast majority of our customer feedback is positive. And for feedback that makes suggestions for improvement, we are always looking for ways to improve our customers moving experience.

I recently engaged ABC Moving Systems once again for a small relocation from Culver City to Santa Barbara, and once more, they delivered exceptional service. The team arrived promptly and immediately started work, efficiently completing the move within the estimated time and price quote, with all items arriving intact. Additionally, Mike and Richie from the office facilitated the process seamlessly, even amidst challenges posed by a particular and occasionally difficult landlord.
It is evident that ABC Moving Systems operates with precision and expertise, from their administrative staff to their on-site laborers. Their professionalism and efficiency make the daunting task of planning a move considerably more manageable. I was very happy with ABC Moving Systems! The crew sent for the move was fantastic! They were on time, communicative, careful, and they hustled!! We had zero breakage or loss and they were done with a full 12 workstation (plus additional storage, kitchen, etc.) move in 4 hours!! While I initially called to get information, everything else was done via email, which was efficient and responsive. Mike was thorough and advised on where I can save money with packing supplies.
The crew came in early, ready to work and courteous. Got everything wrapped, packed, and moved into our new office. We had a little hiccup with one of our drawers, but it was handled by their team and in a timely matter.

ABC Moving handled our medical office and full surgery center move and it went very well. Communication prior to the move and post, was great. Richie was my point of contact and handled everything smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Hands down, these are the best movers I have ever worked with. Professionalism all the way from scheduling and working out the details with Richie to Junior, Poo and Alex who did the move for us. These guys are on their game! Not one broken or damaged thing! I will never hire another moving company again! I highly, highly recommend them. ABC performed a move for us that included relocating the contents of 14 classrooms to another area on our campus. They did a thorough pre-move assessment and provided a timely estimate for their services. The job had to be completely done in one day under some challenging logistical obstacles. The crew showed up right on time and stayed with the move until the job was done. They were very organized, prepared, and professional. I highly recommend their services.
We used ABC Moving to transport our furniture from our home move. The entire process was professional, excellent service and easy. We have never hired a company to move, choosing to do it ourselves typically. But this was a bigger move than we could handle. Everything about the service was excellent. The quote was timely, professional, thorough and detailed. The moving team showed up on time the day of the move and quickly went into action, breaking down furniture as needed, wrapping and protecting things, and loading up the truck to maximize space while being careful with my belongings. Once at the storage unit they quickly and carefully unloaded everything. All of the movers were pleasant and professional. Special shout out to Rich, the moving specialist, who bid the job and followed up along the way to make sure we were prepared for the move. I would highly recommend them.
I’ve used ABC moving systems before when I moved from Santa Monica to the valley. I needed to move again yesterday with really short notice. I was able to get movers out 4 days after signing a new lease. Two very professional men came out yesterday to help my husband and I move. They ended up going 5 hours over our quote which is perfectly fine because they wrapped fragile items neatly, loaded/unloaded fragile boxes respectfully, and lifted extremely heavy and bulky furniture we have. We were impressed and will definitely use them again in the future and/or recommend to all our friends here. Thanks!!!!!

I used ABC for an office move on a Saturday. The crew showed up on time and after a quick walk through they got right to work! We had zero loss or breakage and they followed all of the office building required protocols. >From the first contact we had, the company has been very professional and responsive. ABC was recommended by a friend who had used them to move his office. I hired them to move my office to another location, and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. When they had questions, they asked me, and I appreciated that. They were working hard the entire time and even when we changed the location of certain items when we arrived at our destination, they had a great attitude and were happy to do that. Their end result was perfect, well within their written estimate, and I will absolutely use them in the future. I made a special call to the owner after the move, just to tell him how happy I was with everything.

This is the second time that I use ABC moving systems, and they are fantastic! I had a Pilates Cadillac, Reformer, and a Cal-King canopy bed to move. It was not an easy move, but they made it happen. I highly recommend this company as your movers, or if you need furniture in your home moved around. They are punctual, and efficient. I will definitely be using them again, and I am already telling my friends about them.
I was able to work with Richie on the operational side fairly closely and then Angel on the day of the move. I must say… ABC was the right fit for us for sure. I was first impressed that Richie came to our office fully prepared. He realized that we were still in business and did not take up too much of my time. He was fully prepared using technology (Simply scanning equipment with pre-made scan sheets) to put together the estimate for us. I got the impression that the estimate was done not arbitrarily, but with purpose and predetermined amounts. Richie and the ABC team were willing to work with us on coming up with a final price (which turned out much lower on the final bill). Now to Angel and his team on the day of. All the operations in the world mean nothing if the execution is done poorly. In this case… the execution was FAST, professional and with great care to our property. This team worked well together and when some of my plans were not clear, they asked questions. They were an amazing team that we were happy to work with
There are just so many great things to say about ABC Moving. I am so happy I stumbled across them in my search for a mover for our Corporate Offices. From the first phone call, they seemed completely professional, organized and responsive to all my questions. Richie was the one who helped me from that first phone call, to the walk through and quotation, and eventually throughout the 10 days of moving our offices. He always treated me like I was his only customer, he would answer my calls or texts immediately. We did a 72,000 SF move and they were SPOT ON from the beginning to the end. Their pricing was literally almost exactly what they quoted. I added services along the way like packing help and extra labor for garbage removal and they were always up for it. I typically had (8) movers each day working on my move and they were all very hardworking, but especially Angel and Illias (sp?) were incredible. If and when I do another move in Los Angeles, I will call ABC without hesitation. I have coordinated four corporate moves in my career but this one with ABC was the best. Thank you guys!!!!

We used ABC for the second time in 11 years to move our office and I couldn’t be happier! I talked with them and 1 other company beforehand (a requirement of my boss), but after asking some questions to both and receiving MUCH clearer answers from ABC, I knew they were the company that I was going to choose. They came the day before to do some packing and were actually early. They sent 2 gentlemen who were efficient, friendly and took great care of all our items. The day of the move, 6 gents showed up and all were great. Nothing of ours was broken and we were all amazed at how fast they were. I recently retired and needed to move my office furniture (couch, desk, a table, a chest and a few boxes) to my condo in Santa Monica. Setting up this move was very easy and really appreciated a call the day before to confirm. Alex and Juan showed up right on time, were professional, friendly and quite efficient. When we got to my condo, my couch would not fit in the elevator. The guys were non-plussed and proceeded to take the couch down three floors of stairs. For a while it appeared that the couch was not going to fit through the last door. Again, they remained calm and determined, finally figuring out the correct angle to use to fit the couch through the door. Then they spent a good deal of time reassembling my desk. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this outstanding company!

We recently moved offices from Burbank to Beverly Hills. Our experience with ABC Moving Company was excellent. Our crew was Steven, Erwin, Chano and Angel. They were very professional, friendly and FAST! I was delayed about 20 minutes to the arrival destination due to traffic. Steven called to say they had arrived and they would wait, no problem. Communication was great. When I arrived, they had already loaded up the freight elevator and were ready to go with the first load – very proactive. I would use ABC Moving Systems again without hesitation.
I would highly recommend abc for any of your moving needs. We just used them for an office move this past weekend and it went smoother than i imagined. They were on time and on point. The building that we moved out of was not the easiest to move out of being that there was no loading dock and only 1 entrance to use. These guys made it work without any issues. They disassembled all of the furniture that needed to be taken apart and put it all back together with ease. Alex and Joes crews were great! Awesome, friendly, and hardworking guys! This was the first office move i coordinated by myself, Abc made it super easy. They were very quick getting me a bid and cert of insurance. Nothing but good things to say about this company. Any time I move, I go to ABC. They provide a fully detailed quote explaining every aspect of the quote and charges. Bernie and his team arrived on time, they moved quickly and helped us take down last minute items that were drilled into the wall. They also moved us during Covid-19 lockdown and a heatwave, yet they kept their masks on and followed all sanitation precautions. Never have anything bad to say about ABC and i recommendthem to anyone I know.
ABC just helped move an entire office into storage. Not only were they punctual and professional, they made moving during these times feel easy and safe. Thank you!
I was tasked with moving my 40-person office during the Covid-19 pandemic and was left scrambling when the original movers I booked shut down about a week before our scheduled move. ABC Moving Systems already had a certificate of insurance on file with the building we were moving into as they recently did a job there, so I contacted them for their availability and they were able to get my office moved a week later, just in time for month’s end. The crew arrived on time and worked hard to get everything moved as quickly as possible and got it done in less than the 8 hours originally expected and we received a refund for the additional time without having to ask. The team was led by Angel and assisted by Gino, Josue, Cinno, Steve and Erwin. They all busted their butts for about 7 hours and barely took any breaks, even though they get an hourly rate. They took care of our items, packed up our 55″ TV with care, and wrapped our light colored couches in plastic for safe keeping as renovations are still taking place at the space we moved everything into. I didn’t even have to ask them to do it, they offered seeing the condition the space was in. They seemed knowledgeable and made good recommendations when needed. The reps I worked with to book the move were also super helpful and communication was superb before AND after the move. ABC Moving Systems made the move easy, and I’d definitely hire them again.
ABC Moving Systems has done 3 moves for our office. Each time they have gone above and beyond my expectations. Angel and his crew have the most positive attitude. They’re fast, strong, reliable, on time, respectful of each other and their clients, AND belongings. If something comes up that is unexpected, they’ll handle it. They most recently moved our 13,000 SF office into our new 22,000 SF office…I will NEVER use another moving company, period. The entire crew and staff are aces! Our office has used ABC Moving several times over the years and each time they exceed our expectations. Our latest move was the biggest yet as we are merging with another firm and had to have two separate moves to one location. Both of our businesses were pleased with the professionalism of the movers, their work ethic and their never-ending smiles. We also miscalculated the sizes of our office and the movers didn’t even flinch when we had to make several changes in moving furniture around to fit the small areas. We highly recommend for an office move and we give them a 5+++++.
Worked with ABC several times. They are always able to accommodate quick turn around and the workers do a wonderful job. Had the pleasure of working w/ ABC on our recent office move. Scott got us set up and was helpful as the scope of what we needed changed a little as move day got closer. The estimate was very fair and proved to be accurate. The crew – Gustavo, Dominic and Danny – were great and easy to work with. They thought stuff thru and packed the truck to facilitate our 2 stop move. They were on time (actually a wee bit early, which was great) and the move proceeded without a hitch. I wanted to try a new company because the other one I used broke some of my antiques. So, I found ABC and from the moment I spoke with the guys on the phone they were very helpful and friendly. My company has used ABC Moving Systems for several complex and critical office moves over the years. They recently helped us close a 17,000 square foot office complex and relocate approximately 100 staff and 20+ years of accumulated “stuff” in several phases. Their workers went above and beyond during each move and helped us handle move projects that spiraled into a much larger move than expected. We had an office move and had about two weeks to schedule it. ABC was the only moving company in the area that was highly responsive, thorough, and professional. The entire process was very easy! Day of move: Alex, Bernie, and Danni were an awesome team! They were communicative and worked super hard to get our items to the next location efficiently and safely. Our office has quite a bit of expensive hardware and they took great care in keep our stuff safe. Hire them!
Your crew on Saturday, Jan 12th, comprised of Chris, Chano and Steve, as well as your quote specialist Richie, was excellent. From the very beginning, ABC Movers was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I appreciate the unbeatable price points you offer, especially for full coverage insurance. I set my move date for Jan 12th, 2019 with a request for your movers to arrive between 7-7:30am. They arrived at 6:55am and immediately called me when they were on site. They walked in, and listened to my instructions and then proceeded to carefully, quickly, and QUIETLY move everything out of our office area. I have never seen movers work with each other so quietly. I am used to people shouting at each other from one side of the room to another, or arguing. But they didn’t show any of that in front of us at all. They were also great about asking me if they did have a question regarding certain items.
By 9am, they finished loading everything into the truck, and we made our way to the new office building. Even though the move day had horrible weather which was incredibly windy and rainy, they didn’t damage anything nor show any complaints or frustration. By 12 noon everything was placed in our new space just as I’d instructed them to.
My only issue was that they didn’t know in the old office space that they were to take down our company signage from the wall, so my CFO had to be the one to climb a ladder and help them take it down with his own tools. I had told ABC Movers in advance that this would be something that had to be done, and even sent a photo ahead of time, so I think that wasn’t communicated to the crew. But they still got it down with my CFO’s help and it was fine.
All in all this was a pretty flawless move and I’m super impressed and thankful and would use you again! I would highly recommend you all.

I have used ABC for all of our moves. I have also referred ABC. Mike and his staff particularly, Angel (he was in charge of the actual physical move) are professional, prompt and courteous. Mike, who handled the initial order and email correspondences, was exceptionally thorough. Don’t bother using those Groupon gimmicks to move your items. Angel and his associates moved a 1700 square feet office with multiple desks, chairs, computers, books, document files, plants, file cabinets and even a paper clip without a scratch.

I’ve never seen a group of guys work so fast and so incredibly hard, and do it all with such a positive, friendly and professional attitude. In connection with a 4,000 sq.ft. office move, Alex and his awesome team had to take a 12 ft., RIDICULOUSLY HEAVY solid wood table and its extremely heavy custom glass top (one piece also) down four flights of stairs (!)– it was painful for me just to watch them do it! And then when I had to add on a whole new extension to the job, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. I love these guys! I would highly recommend in a heartbeat. Jason, Chris, Steve, and Chano did a fantastic job moving professional grade furniture for our company. Really solid work; swift, safe, and friendly. My dad was retiring from his 50 year career last week and he offered to let me take his beautiful, antique office furniture. I was incredibly excited but also super nervous because the furniture is not only antique, but it is very valuable (both sentimentally and $$) and VERY heavy. I only had 5 items – a MASSIVE desk, 2 client chairs, a console table and a painting.
I made multiple online bids to see how I could arrange a highly rated and reputable company to move these pieces to my house (about 5 miles away from the office). I cared most that the items were properly cared for during transit because they are invaluable to me. I also needed an available time slot within a week of the beginning of my search!
The whole ordeal was really stressing me out because the quote was pretty pricey (about $500 plus tip for the whole thing) but I also really wanted someone who knows what they’re doing. I also don’t have anything to compare it to so maybe that is a normal price.
I bit the bullet, reserved them, and they completely took it from there. We needed to arrange a couple things through the office manager (certificate of insurance and logistics of getting in the building) and they were quick to respond and very helpful. They called multiple times to confirm and remind, which helped keep my nerves down about the day itself.
On moving day (yesterday), we met them at the office to ensure a smooth move. The two movers (sorry, I don’t remember their names and the paperwork is at home!!) were INCREDIBLY polite, kind, careful and efficient. They very tenderly wrapped all of the furniture with quilts, ensuring the feet were also well wrapped. We were able to get everything out of the office within about 30 minutes. I should also mention, they were well within their provided arrival window and gave me an hour of notice so we had time to get there!
We live on the 2nd floor of a duplex so we knew it would be a pain for them to have to haul this incredibly heavy desk up the stairs. They had to take our front door off the hinges to get this thing through the door (barely made it!) and maneuvered this behemoth through our slanted doorways and tight corners without missing a beat. They also offered to help us rearrange some of the items (moving the rug from under the desk, etc) to make sure it was to our liking.
Again, what mattered most to me was the careful relocation of these priceless items. These two lovely gentlemen did just that and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you ABC movers!! I know if I have to move again, I will definitely be contacting ABC first.
We had to prepare for and manage a rather awkward move in and out of the same offices in order to install new carpeting. With three rooms full of equipment and furniture, the timing had to flow all day to get this done. I had received a card in the mail from ABC Moving Systems and called right away. The management team is unbelievable professional and the two men they sent to do the job were efficient and respectful. It was a long day but it could not have gone any better. They were excellent and I recommend them highly and so does my team of fabulous employees. I will use them again for sure!
We had a tight schedule and our landlord wanted to lay our new carpet. We were responsible for getting our furniture and equipment out of the offices to let them in. The timing had to be perfect and a good attitude by all was definitely required. I had received a card in the mail from ABC Moving Systems and called them right away. The entire job was so professional from the pricing to the final contract and the two great guys who showed up to do the actual back-breaking work. They were respectful and cooperative and made everything very easy. Even though it was a long day, they were the best choice for sure. I will use them again and I recommend them highly.
The entire process of working with ABC Moving was very straight forward. Scott and Mike were very responsive to our request, sent a quote that was fair for the amount of stuff we were moving, and stayed engaged throughout the whole process. The crew they sent out was courteous and well organized. They had us loaded out of our old office and into our new spot in just over 4 hours. These guys know what they are doing. ABC was a great company to hire for the move. Their workers were were very accommodating, and diligent throughout the entire process. These guys were great. Super professional and made the whole moving experience a dream. They moved our entire office of 25 people in one day and were extremely efficient and quick. Everyone spoke English (our last movers only spoke Russian which made for tricky communication). They were all incredibly kind and helpful.

Great experience with ABC MS — They arrived a few minutes early and Joe, Edgar, Manny and Tavo went right to work moving our CRAZY HEAVY office furniture (2 600lbs items and 12 very heavy 5′ fireproof filing cabinets along with 80+ boxes full of books and files). I was very thorough in my search for the right movers. My company had pressing deadlines near our move, and I needed movers who were going to be able to help us pack and move with as little disruption as possible.
Rich came and gave me a very thorough estimate, telling me what it would cost pack everything without any help from us, move it to the new building, and get us reset. He also came back a second time with no hesitation to redo my estimate just to set my mind at ease when I called to confirm it!
Donald, Jason, and Ernesto were fabulous during our pack. The team was respectful, helpful, and very cheerful. They took initiative without overstepping, and were very mindful of my time and property.
The move day, lead by Jim, was terrific as well. The movers good attitudes were infectious and I had a smile on my face all day. They helped me get everything right where I needed it, and could not have been more helpful.

It was big job with no shortage of large and very heavy items, narrow passages, glass surfaces and stairs. We initially chose ABC Moving because they were the quickest company in providing us with a site visit and an estimate, but we were ultimately very impressed with their crew and professionalism.
They arrived early with two trucks and completed a sizeable move in less than the time anticipated.
Jason was the Crew Chief and he is truly great. Very organized, experienced and helpful. ABC Moving is very lucky to have him.

As usual, they were prompt, professional, efficient, courteous and eager to help. Lev and Vasia were fast, professional, courteous and careful – everything you would hope for when making a move. I had a number of plastic boxes with old magazines from a previous job in the publishing industry, some of which had cracked due to the weight of the magazines – so bad that I couldn’t move them around the office myself without feeling the boxes would break. I told the guys not to worry about them if they were going to be a problem – next thing I knew they were wrapped up with plastic and in their van.
All in all a great company to go with if you are looking and I would definitely use them again in the future.
